Legal Secretary

Full-Time Basis

Duties and Responsibilities


We are seeking a Legal Secretary to join their dynamic and forward-looking team of professionals.


Key Attributes


  •  Provide ongoing assistance for internal meetings, travel arrangements, and conferences to senior management

  •  Assisting and providing administrative support in keeping an orderly record of any documentation

  •  Maintaining and updating the client database

  •  Managing and prioritising multiple administrative tasks as required.

Skills & Capabilities


We require a highly organised individual with excellent problem solving and communications skills. An analytical and methodical approach to work is essential, as is the ability to multitask and prioritise key projects. Previous experience with in a professional environment as well as dealing with clients is beneficial to fit into the role. Possession of a strong academic background is an asset. Full English proficiency is required; other languages will be considered highly desirable.
